CMM is providing GP-services to institutional investors who wish to acquire a portfolio of companies and look for professional management services.

Together with the investor CMM screens portfolio investment opportunities, performs due diligence and negotiates the terms of the transaction.

CMM manages the portfolio for the investor and prepares the portfolio companies for an exit.

Portfolio buy-out opportunities

Together with leading global Private Equity Investors, CMM invests in typical “Mittelstand”-companies of “orphan portfolios” or portfolio spin-offs from corporates, financial institutions or investor groups.

CMM looks for portfolios with sector spread and preferably 3 to 10 portfolio companies.

Enterprise values for a portfolio range from € 50m to € 800m.

The portfolio companies are headquartered in Europe, preferably in German speaking countries.
